With reference to any domestic terrorism law and other terrorism laws, regulations and executive orders, universally, the Proud Boys do not materially or morally support acts that are dangerous to human life, violate criminal law and "appear to be intended" to "intimidate or coerce a civilian population" or "influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion" [Terms from the PATRIOT (sic) Act.] The Proud Boys engage only in Constitutionally protected expressive association supporting the values of Western Civilization, in mutual, fraternal and private association.

Applicable Terms and Conditions.  We are a private association that engages in expressive association with private persons who choose to communicate with us.  If you choose to communicate you accept our terms and conditions. 

We reserve all rights including the right to::

• Suspend, withdraw or cancel communications and services,
• Manage communicant expectations, who waive as against us any liability for information errors or website downtime.
• We use our own images and information and engage in non-commercial fair use of some copyright materials.
• We reserve the right to delete comments or communicants and forbid unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, unauthorized promotions, spam, etc.
• We may, in our sole discretion, disable any user accounts.
• We assume you have the right to provide any materials you provide to us.
